While living in Taiwan for two years, I earned my MBA and learned about tea. During that time, I developed a special bond with the Camellia sinensis plant when visiting the highly elevated mountains of Taiwan and their artisanal tea farms. Oolong quickly became my favorite; it is slightly stronger in flavor than green tea and requires extra steps in the oxidation process. Also, it is a lot more rare.
I use tea as part of my daily meditation and in my sessions to connect the body, nature, and the senses.
